Hints for quick and easy Subscription

1. The first important thing is that you have a receiver with the latest firmware version . Some subscription possibilities will not work with old firmware!
2. Setup your receiver and switch it on. Make sure the receiver has a lock on the EUSAT satellite frequency [1537.440MHz, 1200].
3. Important things OmniSTAR needs to know before they can subscribe:
   • Type of receiver
   • Serial number
   • Type of activation you require
   • Location
   • Firmware of receiver
   • Satellite service which the unit is locked onto
