EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY - EUSAT TO ESAT - SATELLITE FREQUENCY CHANGE NOTICE

Due to changes in the global satellite broadcast environment, in select regions of the world, OmniSTAR L-Band satellite names and frequencies will be changing.

There will be an 8-week period when both the current frequency and the new frequency will be broadcast.  For the Africa region, the new ESAT satellite and frequency will begin broadcasting on 1 December 2011.  The current EUSAT satellite and frequency will be decommissioned on 24 January 2012.
